banyan tree was a lovely place to unwind. the staff, especially lovena at the spa, gave the most heavenly massage. the private infinity pool with ocean views was a beautiful retreat, making it easy to relax. the food was also quite delicious, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.

The beach access is questionable due to rocks and public access!!! The remote location means you’re stuck without a car!!! The spa facilities could use upgrades, especially the cold jacuzzi and broken sauna!!!

My wife wishes there were more shaded areas at the pool for the kids to stay cool.

However, I encountered serious issues regarding my seafood allergy. despite informing the staff, I was served seafood, leading to a life-threatening reaction. The management's response was lacking, demonstrating a concerning disregard for guest safety. It’s disheartening that such negligence overshadowed an otherwise beautiful stay.
